$100 per pay application β the charge fires when you set a billing period's date, which is what opens that period for editing and uploads. Signing up is free, and there's no subscription required; you pay per pay app you run.
Can I run more than one project in Lite? βΎ
Yes β bill as many projects as you need from your Portfolio, no limit. What's fixed, on purpose, is that each individual project has exactly one contract and exactly two parties (you and whoever you're billing). That's what keeps each project simple; it doesn't limit how many projects you can run at once.
A charge failed β does that hold up my pay app? βΎ
No. A failed charge never blocks or reverses a pay application that's already been submitted. It just shows as a separate outstanding balance on your Billing page until you retry the card.
Is there a real e-signature vendor behind the signature capture? βΎ
Not yet β the type-your-name signature on change orders and waivers is REQpay Lite's own lightweight capture, not a Docusign/Proof-style legal e-signature. That's flagged clearly wherever you sign, and a real vendor integration is on the roadmap.
